By submitting information through our "List Your Property" form, guest inquiry form, or partnership application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described below. Information We Collect & How We Use It
We collect personal information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, property address, and property details (such as bedrooms, bathrooms, photos, and availability) when you submit a listing, request a free assessment, or contact us. With your consent, we may also collect permission to send SMS/text messages. We use this information to evaluate and manage listing submissions, communicate with you about our short-term rental management services or your inquiry, and process referral or partnership applications. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help operate our business (such as cleaning contractors, payment processors, and our website provider, Wix.com), and, where legally required, with government authorities. Public listing pages on this Site display only guest-facing property details — your contact information and the management fee we charge property owners are never displayed publicly.
Your Rights, Data Security & Contact Us
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
