Terms & Conditions

If you list a property with us, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit (including address, bedroom/bathroom counts, photos, and availability), and for keeping it up to date. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable short-term rental laws, including the BC Short-Term Rental Accommodations Act, provincial registration requirements, and your municipality's business licensing and zoning bylaws (see our City Policies page for a summary by municipality). Where a provincial registration number is required, you must provide it and keep it current; we may decline to publish, or may remove, any listing that lacks required registration or appears non-compliant. Our management fee is set out in your individual host agreement and is not publicly displayed on listing pages. We may review, edit, or remove any submitted listing at our discretion.
